Kaiseki Ryori is the Japanese equivalent of Haute Course Cuisine.
It is the traditional form of Japanese fine dining experience, expressing the season with seasonal dishes.

At SUZUKI, we update our menu seasonally with the ingredients available from the market.
Starting November 5th, Suzuki will be serving Sushi and Sashimi shared bu our Michelin Star awarded SATSUKI Sushi Bar
Our menus are always evolving to match the seasons.
