Hiroshima & Shimane prefectures boast a smorgasbord of exotic sea life resulting in a vibrant seasonality to the local food culture. SUZUKI’s Executive Chef Takashi Yamamoto will combine seasonal local ingredients flown in for the occasion into a unique kaiseki tasting menu for one night only. The tasting menu will be paired with sakes from prized local craft producers in attendance from both prefectures.
